2.3 We have a size chart to assist customers to select the best size. It is average measurements for our entire line, not exact measurements of each style. Measurements will slight vary based on style. It is possible if the style you order does not exactly match the measurements on the size chart. It is the customers' responsibility to check with us for any measurements to ensure the item will fit.
2.4 We will in no way guarantee a perfect fit. As all people are of different shapes and sizes, size chart cannot reflect the sizes of every individual.
2.5 The size chart provided by us may not reflect the sizing system that customers may have used before to determine their size.

2.7 We cannot be held responsible for items not fitting customers if they do not ask for additional sizes to ensure the items they are bidding on will fit.
2.8 It is the responsibility of the customer to ask for any additional sizes that may be relevant to the item they are bidding on so as to determine if it will fit them.
2.9 Any representations as to the quality of the items for sale are opinions only and are not to be held as fact. Our products are higher standard than other ones in the compared class.
2.10 The model shown in the pictures may not be wearing the size of the item for sale, it may be pinned to fit the model.
2.11 All prices are not including customs and tax. It is the customers' responsibility to charge for it.

American buyers can send your personal cheque in USD to our address. item will not be dispatched until the check is received and accounted.

7.4 You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours.
7.5 All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer and We may share Your personal information with such third parties as are necessary to enable Us to do such checks. If the issuer of Your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
7.6 Goods supplied by Us remain Our property until the Goods are paid for in full and delivery has been completed. If payment is declined by your cardholder, or your cheque is not honoured by your bank, whether before or after dispatch of the Goods to You, we will treat the order as cancelled.
7.7 If the Goods have been dispatched we may:

Require You to pay in full by satisfactory alternative means within 7 days.
7.8 Credit Vouchers:
Credit Vouchers can be redeemed against items purchased on eBay and our separate website. All Credit Vouchers must be used in accordance with the Terms & Conditions for that Credit Voucher when issued.
8.1 Items are sent by trackable parcel that require a signature upon delivery. This insures your parcel up to a maximum of $20. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

8.4 Multiple purchases will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared for all items purchased.
8.5 Most of our items will be shipped within 15 working days after payment has cleared, not including weekends or Bank holidays.
8.6 Normal Delivery takes about 7-10 working days from the date we send you the confirm of shiping. Express delivery takes 3-5 working days. Check the shipping duration for more information. 8.7 the items could be destroyed after resorted more than 5 days due to unable delivery, such as nobody in or reject. We will try to contact you before such situation happened.
8.8 If item will not be received after 15 working days after we send you the confirm of shipping, please contact us. We will help you to check out the status. We do not take the responsible of your items being destroyed if you do not contact us in 15 days after we send you the shipping confirmation.
8.9 We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by but not limited to; Acts of God, industrial action, vehicle breakdown, service providers, credit searches, stock availability and delivery companies. These events are outside of our control and we cannot accept any liability.
8.10 We cannot be held responsible for items destroyed by the shipping company due to undeliverable after 5 days of the item arriving in your town. Caused by but not limited to you were in vacation, you address is not correct.
8.11 We cannot be held responsible for delay delivery due to slow payment.
8.12 There is the odd chance that your item may be delayed in the custom. We will contact you if it happens and solve the problem as soon as possible.
8.13 We will always inform you if there is a problem with your item before we post it to you. If it does not arrive in time, it is not because we have not posted it.
9. RETURNS REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, we with or without notice to you; We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification or withdrawal;
